Usually, defensive points will go back and forth during game and update, then revert, then go back. I have Baltimore d/st and get 5 points for holding a team between 7-14 points. It hasn't updated all day and has yet to change and the game is over. You think it Will it be updated later?

In regards to Baltimore's scoring, there is a gap in your scoring rules accounting for this:

10 extra points when total Points Allowed is exactly 0 TM
5 extra points when total Offensive Points Allowed (FG, Pass TD, Rush TD) is between 7 and 14 (inclusive) TM
Baltimore actually allowed 6 "Offensive Points" which come off FG, Pass TD and Rush TD (not XP's): fleaflicker.com
You can change the rules by Tuesday at 3 AM ET and it will retroactively apply to this week only and for future weeks.
