Was this changed? I do not get any trade notifications (like proposed and rejected) via email.
If your league has a no veto policy (which I see it doesn't) or it's your trade, you won't receive the trade notification.
Only when it's up for review will you receive it if you're not in the trade.
If you're in the trade, you should still be receiving the proposed notification.
