It seems to me that last year when the site was going to notify me of something that I received that notification fairly fast. Now it seems like the notifications are coming a day later. Did something change to bog things down? Other people in my leagues have mentioned the same issue, so I don't think it's just an issue with my email or computer. Just wanted to see if people in other leagues are having the same problem as well.
I'm starting a new league and we are doing an email draft. Several of my owners have said that they are either getting delayed notifications or none at all. I haven't experienced a problem but I know at least 3 owners in my league have.

We did change E-mail providers but there shouldn't be a lag so we'll investigate this and get back to you if we find anything. Thanks for the report.

The email still seems to lag, just so you know. Seems like I get emails a day later than I used to.
