In other words if a players game kicks off on Sunday the 9th and then a team trades him after that and it is agreed on by 2:59 am on Tuesday will that go through and if so when will the players actually be traded, will their stats on the 9th count for their original team or the new team?
Yes, they can still be traded and it will go through. The stats will count for the original team in that instance because the players would have locked on Monday at 3 AM ET.

In my league rules it says: Trading Deadline
Week 10 11/4-11/10. When exactly is the time that trading will stop? On 11/4 at 12 am? Or 11/10 at 11:59 PM? Or some other time?

All parties have to agree to the trade by Tuesday 11/11 at 2:59 AM ET before we transition to the new week, Week 11 at 3 AM ET on that Tuesday.
