Brodeur allowed four goals in a 4-3 loss to Anaheim on Friday. The Blues and Ducks traded goals all night but it was Matt Beleske's wrist shot from in close that sealed the game for the Ducks. After posting a 16-save shutout against Colorado in his previous start, Brodeur allowed four goals on 33 shots. He's no longer an elite goalie due to his age and consistency will be a problem. He has alternated wins and losses in his past four starts. Start Brodeur with caution and though Jake Allen has struggled he's still the team's future No. 1 goalie.
