Dustin Keller (hamstring) believes he'll be "good to go" for Week 6. Keller hasn't played since the opener, and was limited in Wednesday's practice. "It's been way too long, had too many setbacks," Keller said Wednesday. "Was smart today, got some good reps in and came out of it healthy. ... I'm pretty positive about it." Keller sounds like he'll be ready to go against the Colts, but won't be more than a TE2 coming off his four-week absence.

The New York Post reports that Dustin Keller (hamstring), Stephen Hill (hamstring) and FB John Conner (knee) will all be inactive for Monday night's game against the Texans. The Jets could have them all padded up and still would likely pose no challenge for the Texans. Keller will be replaced by catch-and-fall TE Jeff Cumberland. The Jets will start Jeremy Keley and Chaz Schilens at wide receiver.

Head coach Rex Ryan is "hopeful" that they will be ready to play but conceded that another missed practice "isn't good." Both players are tentatively expected not to play on Monday night against the Texans. Even if the two played, the Texans defense should dominate the Jets putrid offense.

Coach Rex Ryan said he's "really not sure" about Dustin Keller's availability for Monday's game against the Texans. Keller won't practice Wednesday, but the Jets' real preparations won't begin until Thursday. Regardless, Keller would be at less than 100 percent and facing the league's top-ranked defense even if he does suit up.

Jets declared TE Dustin Keller, WR Stephen Hill, RB Jonathan Grimes, CB Darrelle Revis, QB Greg McElroy, DL Damon Harrison, and OL Caleb Schlauderaff inactive for Week 4 against the 49ers. Keller and Hill are both nursing hamstring injuries, depleting the Jets' pass-catching corps. Revis will be replaced in the lineup by Kyle Wilson.

Updating a previous item, Dustin Keller (hamstring) is unlikely to play against the 49ers on Sunday. It was reported earlier on Sunday morning that Keller was "on track" to play in Week 4, but he must not have made it through his pregame warmups. Jeff Cumberland will see his third straight start. Keller injured his hamstring late in the preseason and should not be relied on for fantasy purposes.
