Castro will get a rare off day here as he plays just about every single game. Neil Walker will play third base and bat second versus righty Vince Velasquez. Miami Marlins second baseman Starlin Castro went 3-for-5 with a double during Thursday's loss to the Washington Nationals. It was only his fourth three-hit game on the year as multi-hit performances have been few and far between for the 29-year-old with his ability to accumulate extra bases and drive in runs being an even rarer feat. He will look to keep it going on Friday against Julio Teheran and the Braves, with Castro going an abysmal 4-for-28 with three RBI lifetime against the righty.
