Marwin Gonzalez Scratched On Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 9/24/19 6:10 PM

Minnesota Twins first baseman Marwin Gonzalez (oblique) has been scratched from the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Detroit Tigers. Gonzalez is dealing with right oblique tightness and is going to sit this one out. The Twins consider this injury day-to-day, so Gonzalez isn't expected to miss much time. Willians Astudillo will play first base and bat eighth versus righty Spencer Turnbull. Astudillo has two hits in his last 20 at-bats, so he's not worth a look in DFS lineup on Tuesday.

Marwin Gonzalez is Back in the Lineup Monday rotoballer.com Mon 9/16/19 5:41 PM

Minnesota Twins infielder Marwin Gonzalez (abdominal) is back in the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Chicago White Sox. Gonzalez has been out since August 27 due to an abdominal strain. He'll play first base and bat eighth versus righty Reynaldo Lopez. Gonzalez isn't in a favorable part of the order, so he won't be a great DFS option for Monday.

Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (knee), third baseman Miguel Sano (forearm) and utility man Marwin Gonzalez (oblique) are all out of the starting lineup on Thursday after getting injured on Wednesday. Consider all three of Kepler, Sano and Gonzalez day-to-day for now, with Gonzalez's ...

Marwin Gonzalez Leaves Early Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 8/27/19 11:33 PM

Minnesota Twins utility man Marwin Gonzalez (abdominal) left the game early on Tuesday with an abdominal issue. Gonzalez helped out those that started him before leaving, though, hitting a solo homer in his three plate appearances. The do-it-all utility man is now hitting .263/.323/.420 with 15 home runs, 48 runs and 48 RBI on the season. Gonzalez has come down since showing out with the Astros, but he's still useful in deep mixed and AL-only leagues, mainly for his positional flexibility. It ...
