It probably wise to expect Reynolds to slow down over the coming months, but he's also sporting a career-low 23.0 strikeout percentage, and Coors Field is fantasy buoy. Additionally, Reynolds has already banked two months of elite production, so there is plenty of room for negative regression before his virtual stock is in jeopardy.

His OPS of .965 for the season ranks 12th in the National League. Strikeouts will always be a part of Reynolds' game, but he is striking out a career-best 22.7 percent this season. If he continues that trend, Reynolds will put up big numbers for Colorado.

Reynolds has proven his worth against both right- and left-handed pitching this season, so it's too early to conclude that he's fallen into the small side of a platoon with Parra. If Reynolds struggles in his subsequent starts, however, a platoon role could become more realistic.

Still, Coors Field is a great fantasy stabilizer, and Reynolds is making a case to stick in the lineup.
