Buehrle allowed two runs on six hits with a walk and three strikeouts in Tuesday's win over Miami. Aside from solo home runs by Giancarlo Stanton and Christian Yelich, Buehrle didn't allow an extra-base hit over his six innings. With complete games in three of his last four outings, including back-to-back nine inning performances, the 36-year-old pitcher was limited to under 100 pitches. He is scheduled to face Matt Harvey in New York on Monday.

Buehrle tossed a complete game shutout, scattering six hits and a walk while striking out two in Wednesday's 8-0 victory over the Nationals. That's Buehrle's second straight complete game, a feat he last completed on September 25 and 30 in 2004. He is an innings machine, tossing over 200 innings every season since 2001. While his low strikeout totals make him a tough option for fantasy owners to choose, his consistency means that there are many worse options you could have in your rotation.

Buehrle picked up the win after surrendering four runs in the first inning and pitching a complete game in Friday's 6-4 victory over the Twins. After an incredibly shaky first inning, where he allowed five hits and four runs, Buehrle gave up just one single for the rest of the game and ended up with a complete game. Buehrle's lack of strikeouts and high ERA (4.97) makes him a risky fantasy play, but he eats innings and has seen decisions in all 10 of his starts this season.

Buehrle took the loss Saturday, allowing three runs on five hits and three walks over 7.1 innings, striking out four. Buehrle continues have trouble shaving down his unsightly 5.13 ERA, and Saturday's quality start was just his second in his last six outings. His next turn in the rotation comes on Friday in pitcher-friendly Minnesota.

Buehrle surrendered four runs on six hits in Sunday's loss to Houston. Buehrle walked two batters while striking out five across eight innings on his way to loss number three on the year. He now holds an ugly ERA of 5.36 to go along with a 1.57 WHIP. Buehrle has certainly struggled up to this point and he'll look to get back on track against the Mariners in his next start.

Buehrle gave up two earned runs on four hits and one walk with four strikeouts in six innings Tuesday against the Orioles. He was staked a nice lead by his teammates and was able to cruise to his fifth victory of the season while only throwing 78 pitches (53 strikes) in six innings. Buehrle takes the ball again on Sunday in Houston.

Buehrle (4-2) gave up one run on six hits and a walk while striking out three over five innings Wednesday in a win against the Yankees. Despite that 4-2 record, this modest outing -- Buehrle's first win against the Yankees in 11 years -- may qualify as his finest start of the season. With just a 14:8 K:BB over 33 innings, the veteran is pitching to more contact than ever, and it hasn't been kind to his numbers. On the bright side, both of his quality starts this year came against the Orioles, and he'll next start in Baltimore on Tuesday.

Buehrle allowed eight runs on 11 hits, walking two and striking out just one over 4.1 innings of a 9-4 loss to Cleveland Friday night. The veteran dropped to 3-2 with an unsightly 6.75 ERA after another rough outing. The Indians put up multiple runs in the third, fourth, and fifth innings after his mates had given him a 4-1 lead early. As he typically does, he was throwing strikes (51 of 80 pitches), but he was not locating within the zone resulting in too many solid hits.

Buehrle struck out two and walked one while holding the Orioles to three runs on eight hits over six innings to improve to 3-0 on the season. For the third time this season, the Toronto offense has provided Buehrle with a ton of run support. True to form, Buehrle threw 59 of his 98 pitches for strikes Tuesday, while generating just six swinging strikes. He'll make his second start of the week Sunday against the Rays at Tropicana Field.

Buehrle (2-0) gave up three runs on seven hits and a walk over six innings in Wednesday's win over Tampa Bay. That's two quality starts and not a lot of fantasy excitement from Buehrle so far, which is pretty much what you can expect from him. Buehrle won't hurt you in ERA overall, but his strikeouts and WHIP will not be assets.
