Outfield is a unique position in the fantasy world. The best of the best reside in the outfield, with our consensus top two picks and nine of the top 25 overall players making this list. On the other hand, it is by far the deepest and easiest to gain late-round value if you choose to wait. Josh Reddick Slugging .579 Over Last 15 Games rotoballer.com Thu 10/4/18 3:53 PM

Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick has been swinging the bat with authority heading into the playoffs, posting a .579 slugging percentage over his last 15 games. The veteran's season got off to a strong start with six home runs in April but an infected spider bite bit into most of his month of May. He never fully recovered and has been a rotational outfielder most of the season. The veteran should see plenty of run in the playoffs but posted a .389 slugging percentage after the All-Star bre[...]

Josh Reddick Will Lead Off on Thursday rotoballer.com Thu 9/27/18 5:46 PM

Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick will lead off and play right field versus righty David Hess on Thursday. Reddick did not play on Wednesday, but is back and batting first for this one. He's posting a .952 OPS over the last two weeks, so Reddick should be a reliable fantasy option on Thursday. Hess has a 5.01 ERA across six starts at home this season, so DFS players may want to stack their lineup with Astros hitters.

Josh Reddick Slugging .611 Over Last Seven Games rotoballer.com Mon 9/24/18 5:07 PM

Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick is slugging .611 over the last seven games heading into the team's matchup against the Blue Jays in Toronto. Reddick is hitting only .205 in the month of September but popped two home runs last week. It has been a disappointing season for the veteran battling injuries and ineffectiveness at different times in the season. Reddick's game totals and at-bats are close to identical as last season but will finish well short of the 34 doubles and 82 RBI from a se[...]

Josh Reddick Running Sprints rotoballer.com Wed 9/19/18 2:56 PM

Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick (ankle) is running sprints in the outfield on Wednesday. The outfielder left the game early on Monday with an ankle issue, but he might not be out for long. Reddick hasn't been all that attractive to those in mixed leagues this year, hitting .240/.312/.391 with 15 home runs, 44 RBI and seven steals in 126 games.

Josh Reddick Day-To-Day rotoballer.com Mon 9/17/18 11:50 PM

Updating a previous report, Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick (Achilles) is being listed as day-to-day with pain in his Achilles, according to manager A.J. Hinch. Reddick was forced to leave the game early on Monday as a result. The left-handed hitter is batting just .240/.312/.391 with 15 homers, 44 RBI and seven stolen bases on the year. While he should be able to return to the lineup before long, Reddick just isn't a mixed league option from here on out.
