Outfield Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 15 rotoballer.com Mon 7/8/19 3:00 PM

We've reached the All-Star break and fantasy managers can now start analyzing their teams with an eye on categories instead of just adding any random player. This week the primary focus for outfield additions will be to maximize location, location, location. Some might cause a little tingle of concern when you read their name. Don't be afraid. Do what you're comfortable doing with your roster. No Fear, Just Fantasy.[...]

We're halfway there in the baseball season, but hopefully your fantasy team is living on more than a prayer. (By Jove, that's terrible. Apologies.)Unless it's a points league, categories are starting to take more precedence at this point. Every hitter on this week's Cut List comes with a list of categories in which a need indicates greater or lesser use for the player to be on your team.Stats are through Friday, June 28. [...]

Josh Reddick Struggling Offensively rotoballer.com Tue 6/25/19 3:34 PM

The Cut List (Week 13) - Time to Let Go? rotoballer.com Sun 6/23/19 7:00 AM

At this point in the season, nearly half over, you should pretty much know what you have on your fantasy team. (Unless you have Jose Ramirez.) Chances are, if you still have a certain frustrating player on your roster -- especially one you drafted -- you've had plenty of chances to remove them but have decided to stay the course each time. (For instance, Jose Ramirez.) A lot of cuts should be just the usual roster churn at this point, for example moving from one streamer SP to the next. (For ins[...]

Josh Reddick Swinging A Hot Bat rotoballer.com Mon 6/10/19 4:03 PM

Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick went 2-for-3 Sunday in the team's 4-0 win over the Orioles. Reddick is 10-for-27 (.370) over his last seven games and has five multi-hit performances over his last nine played. The veteran is slashing a very solid .312/.351/.459 this season and has filled in admirably hitting cleanup for an Astros team hit hard by injuries. Reddick is a fringe fantasy asset, at best, but could help deeper rosters in AL-only leagues as long as he continues to hit in the mid[...]

Josh Reddick Slugging .607 Over Last Seven Games rotoballer.com Fri 6/7/19 5:31 PM

Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick will start and hit fifth Friday night against the Orioles. Reddick has been striking the ball with authority lately, slugging .607 over his last seven games with one double, one triple, two home runs and five runs batted in during that span. Reddick is seeing more RBI-opportunities in the middle of the lineup due to key injuries to some of the Astros biggest offensive stars. Reddick is a sneaky favorable play in DFS for Friday as the veteran is slashing .3[...]

Managers can easily make decisions to affect their team positively, but often they're too hesitant, cautious, or even scared. Sometimes you have to make the hard choice to choose a player in the right circumstance to produce. These are the best players when we start streaming. [...]

Power Hitting Risers & Fallers for Week 9 - Buy or Sell? rotoballer.com Wed 5/29/19 10:30 AM

Welcome to this week's Power Hitting Risers & Fallers. All stats are full season through Monday, May 27th (unless otherwise noted). In what amounts to mostly an accident, this week is almost entirely about fallers in one sense, because three of the five risers are players that Statcast isn't very enamored with despite double-digit home run totals, and a fourth is over-performing despite strong Statcast numbers.Your weekly reminders: [...]
