Jack Hannahan left Sunday's game in the third inning with tightness in his left calf. It's probably a day-to-day situation. Lonnie Chisenhall replaced Hannahan at third base.

Jack Hannahan was the hero in Cleveland's 4-3, 16-inning win over the A's on Wednesday, going 3-for-7 with a pair of solo home runs and game-ending RBI single. Hannahan plated the Indians' final three runs, homering in the second and sixth before his 16th inning heroics. Hannahan is now six for his past 11, homering three times and driving in six runs in the process. He'll end the month of August with a .420/3/13 triple-crown slash in just 50 at-bats over 18 games.

Jack Hannahan went 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Tuesday's win against the A's. In his last six starts, Hannahan has four multi-hit games, jacking his batting average from .221 to .245. He's no one to get near in mixed leagues, but perhaps he'll help out some AL-only teams during the playoffs.
