Wilson initially felt discomfort in his left shoulder after Friday's bullpen session, which obviously worried the Angels since he underwent surgery on his left elbow back in August to clear out chips and spurs causing excessive agitation while pitching. The recourse for the 35-year-old will likely be rest as he seems to still be on track for a regular workload at the onset of the new season.
