Wilson's next start has been moved up to Saturday, Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com reports. Cory Rasmus was originally penciled in to start Saturday, but the Angels will instead move Wilson up, leaving a starter for Sunday's regular-season finale uncertain. Wilson will thus be afforded one extra day of rest, before a potential Game 2 start in the ALDS.
