Wilson was recalled from Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday, Anthony French of the Detroit Free Press reports.

The Tigers added Wilson to the 40-man roster earlier Tuesday, and he's now been officially recalled and will join the team in advance of the night's matchup against Tampa Bay. With Jose Iglesias (finger) currently sidelined, Wilson will simply provide depth up the middle now that the Triple-A season is over.
