Wilson (shoulder) relayed that he felt "awful" during Saturday's bullpen session, and he's now set to undergo an MRI within the next two days, Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson was on the cusp of making his second minor-league rehab start Monday at Triple-A Salt Lake, but that plan will now be nixed after the lefty suffered a setback. The MRI should help clarify Wilson's injury, but right now, the Angels are just labeling his ailment as shoulder discomfort. Even if the MRI results prove to be nothing serious, it's certainly not encouraging that Wilson is already hitting roadblocks in his recovery.
