Willie Eyre halted a throwing session Friday due to groin tightness. It's not clear at this point how severe the ailment might be. For Eyre's sake, it's hopefully not too severe, as he'll need all the time he can get to impress the Orioles enough to land a spot in the Opening Day bullpen. He was already a longshot even before the injury.
