Williams (hamstring) allowed four runs on six hits over four innings in a rehab start for Low-A Lakewood on Sunday. Williams has given up six runs in two rehab starts thus far. The Phillies have not announced the next step for Williams. He could make one more rehab start or he could return to the rotation next week to face the Rays.
