Walden (shoulder) pitched a scoreless eighth Monday against the Mets, his seventh scoreless outing of the spring, as he's expected to pitch again on Wednesday in his final tune-up for the regular season, MLB.com reports.

EDGE Analysis

Walden was terrific for the first month of the season last year before battling injuries the remainder of the year. If he can manage his shoulder issues this season he could be a nice source of holds for the Cardinals.
