Vogelsong (eye) will throw a bullpen Thursday, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Vogelsong threw simulated games Tuesday and Friday, and will toss a bullpen in anticipation of returning to the club shortly after the All-Star Break. The right-hander has been out since May 23 and had surgery to repair multiple facial fractures in early June. In addition to Vogelsong pitching a bullpen, fellow Pirates hurler Gerrit Cole (triceps) will also throw a bullpen Thursday.
