Vernon Wells went 3-for-4 with his seventh home run in the Angels' 7-3 win in New York on Sunday. Amazingly, the three-hit day was just Wells' second of the season. He has picked up his play in June, however, batting .268 with three home runs and five RBI through his first 41 at-bats.
