Vernon Wells credits his recent success at the plate to a slight adjustment in his batting stance. Wells is batting .269 with eight homers and 17 RBI since he began to stand more upright in the batter's box on June 13. "Being comfortable in the box allows you to think about the most important thing, which is hitting the ball," said Wells. "When you're out of sorts mechanically, you're thinking about that in the box, and all of a sudden the ball is on top of you." While Wells has delivered for fantasy owners lately, he hasn't drawn a walk since June 10.
