Tigers recalled RHP Jose Ortega from Triple-A Toledo. Ortega will take Phil Coke's place on the active roster. The 24-year-old has tossed 14 scoreless innings at the Triple-A level this season to go along with a 19/7 K/BB ratio. He'll pitch in middle relief.
