Harvey has been serving a 60-game suspension since mid-May but is working on increasing his workload before he's ultimately cleared to return. The right-hander is eligible to begin a rehab assignment prior to completing his suspension, and he's expected to join the rotation at Triple-A Norfolk once he's ultimately activated.
