Though Ryan Ludwick (groin) is not in the Reds' lineup again Wednesday, acting manager Chris Speier said that the outfielder has "gotten over the hump." "I think he's gotten over the hump," Speier said. "We're [looking] for him to start maybe doing some real strong weight-bearing things on that hip and groin area and see if we can get some baseball things involved with that." Ludwick has sat out six straight games, and it sounds like he'll likely miss some more, but his groin ailment isn't a major concern.
