The Marlins hope that Fernandez (biceps) will return to the rotation in mid-September, Jon Morosi of Fox Sports reports.

Fernandez continues to work his way back from a biceps injury, but it doesn't appear it will be as soon as a recent report suggested. However, he'll get some more work in at the tail end of the season, and should be back in time to impact some fantasy playoff scenarios.
