Taylor Teagarden (back) will begin the season on the disabled list. He'll receive a second epidural for his back on Wednesday. The DL move will be backdated, and the good news is that the O's think he could be ready on April 10 when he's first eligible. Ronny Paulino will back up Matt Wieters to start the season.
