Taveras is not in the lineup Friday against the Reds. Taveras is hitting .311 with a .747 OPS over the past 30 days, so after a slow start he's starting to show the promise of his elite hit tool. Randal Grichuck will get the start in right field Friday, but look for Taveras to continue to get most of the starts in right field down the stretch.
