Street (oblique) could be activated from the 15-day DL as soon as Monday, Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register reports.

Street tossed 20 pitches during an extended spring training appearance Saturday, and the Angels are in the process of reevaluating him before determining whether or not he's fit for activation. If the Angels decide to take a conservative approach, Street would likely make one more rehab appearance in a minor-league game early this week before perhaps returning from the DL prior to next weekend. Once Street is back on the active roster, he'll likely reclaim closing duties, with Joe Smith moving back to a setup role.
