Free-agent relief pitcher Sergio Romo agreed to a one-year deal with a base salary of $2 million with the Seattle Mariners on Wednesday, pending a physical. Romo will receive a $250,000 bonus. The 39-year-old veteran reliever will stick in the big leagues for his 15th major league season in 2022.
