Schierholtz has been told he won't make the Rangers' roster out of camp, the Fort Worth Star Telegram's Stefan Stevenson reports. He lost out on the competition for the left field spot, which is one of the weaker starting spots in all of baseball, considering Jake Smolinski and Ryan Rua will be featured there. Schierholtz will now spend most of 2015 in Triple-A after signing a minor league deal with Texas this offseason.
