Santos will undergo Tommy John surgery on his right elbow, Meredith Marakovits of YES Network reports. Santos hit the disabled list Friday with elbow inflammation, and it looks like the Yankees will have to deal with the worst-case scenario. The 31-year-old reliever will now likely be out until at least the 2016 All-Star Break. It's unclear what the future has in store for Santos, who will likely have to accept a low-risk, team-friendly deal before getting another shot in the majors.
