Santiago signed a minor league deal with the Blue Jays on Thursday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet reports. Santiago, who posted a .667 OPS in 75 games for the Reds last season, will look to earn a roster spot in spring training. The 35-year-old is hitting .242/.316/.321 over his last five seasons.
