Washington Nationals first baseman Ryan Zimmerman (foot) is progressing well and was able to do some running on Sunday. Zimmerman reportedly said he was "sore", but was able to go through drills on Monday. It sounds like Zimmerman has a decent chance to return by the end of May. He is worth stashing in leagues with an I.R. spot.
