Ryan Doumit confirmed upon his arrival to Braves camp on Friday that he is willing to catch if necessary. With Evan Gattis firmly entrenched as the Braves starting backstop and Gerald Laird a capable backup, there shouldn't be many opportunities for Doumit to get behind the dish barring injury. He'll see most of his time in the outfield and as a backup behind Freddie Freeman at first base.
