Ryan Dempster held the Royals to two runs on four hits and two walks in six innings Wednesday, improving to 10-6 in Texas' 7-5 victory. Dempster struck out eight, his most in seven starts since joining the Rangers. After getting off to a horrific American League start, Dempster has now been quality in four straight outings. His junior circuit ERA is 4.36 through 43 1/3 innings. He'll get the Indians at home next Tuesday.
