Royals signed RHP Kameron Loe to a minor league contract. Loe opted out of his minor league deal with the Giants last month but was unable to find a major league deal elsewhere. His contract with the Royals contain an opt out on June 14. The big righty will give Kansas City some bullpen depth at Triple-A.
