Roy Halladay struggled in a victory over the Marlins on Saturday, surrendering four runs on six hits over five innings of work. Halladay racked up seven strikeouts in the game while issuing three walks. Most of the damage against him was done by Giancarlo Stanton who lined a two-run single to center in the first, and added a mammoth solo homer in the third inning. He finishes one of the most disappointing seasons of his career with an 11-9 record, 4.49 ERA and 132/36 K/BB ratio over 156 1/3 innings.
