Roy Halladay (shoulder) will make his next rehab start on Sunday with Double-A Reading. The Phillies are bumping Halladay up a level despite his poor performance in a rehab outing Tuesday night at Low-A Lakewood. The veteran right-hander does not appear ready for major league competition and probably isn't worth stashing in standard fantasy leagues.
