Roy Halladay picked up the win over the Yankees on Friday after allowing one run and striking out three in 2 1/3 innings. Just like his first time out, Halladay was working at 88-91 mph today. That's not ideal as far as his chances of reemerging as an elite pitcher, but even if he doesn't improve from there, he's skilled enough to be quite an asset to both the Phillies and fantasy teams.
