Roy Halladay coughed up nine earned runs in just 2 1/3 innings Sunday as the Phillies lost to the Marlins. Halladay has now been rocked in back-to-back outings after showing some small signs of promise in mid-April. He has an 8.65 ERA in 34 1/3 total innings this season. The Phillies can't keep running him out there.
