Roy Halladay allowed one run over six innings, but the Phillies lost to the Pirates on Wednesday. Halladay left with a 3-1 lead only to see the bullpen blow it, saddling him with a no-decision. It doesn't take away the fact that Halladay has now made three straight starts where he's gone at least six innings and allowed two runs or fewer. Wednesday was arguably his best start yet, as he allowed only one hit while striking out eight. There was some consternation about Halladay's velocity early on, but it looks like he's learned to pitch with his new limitations. His next start will come Tuesday in an interleague tilt with the Indians.
