Roberto Hernandez tossed 7 1/3 scoreless innings to lead the Phillies to a 1-0 win over the Nationals on Sunday. Hernandez had his sinker working early and often Sunday, recording 13 ground ball outs while striking out just three. He limited the Nationals to four singles and three walks in his time on the hill. The strong outing moved his record to 2-1 with a 4.50 ERA in 34 innings of work. He's next got a date with the Mets at Citi Field on Friday.
