The Tigers reinstated Peralta (hamstring) from the 15-day injured list Wednesday.

Peralta will step back into a multi-inning role out of the Detroit bullpen now that he's made a full recovery from the strained left hamstring that kept him on the shelf for nearly a month. He made three rehab appearances at Triple-A Toledo prior to being activated, working three innings and striking out six while allowing two earned runs on five hits and two walks.
