Raul Ibanez will get a chance to play first base in Monday's Cactus League contest against the Giants. Aside from one game with the Phillies in 2010, Ibanez hasn't logged any time at first base since the 2005 season. If he or Kole Calhoun can prove to be capable as a backup to Albert Pujols there, the Angels will have far greater flexibility with their final bench spot.
