Rangers signed INF Brendan Harris to a minor league contract; assigned him to Triple-A Round Rock. Harris had been with the Yankees' Triple-A affiliate after being released by the Angels following a .206/.252/.355 batting line over 44 games at the big league level. He'll provide minor league depth.
