Punto will test out his hamstring on the field Saturday and says he feels much better overall, the San Francisco Chronicle's Susan Slusser reports. He received a cortisone shot three days ago, and could be activated from the DL in a the near future. However, upon his activation he will still be just a platoon/utility option for Oakland, making him an afterthought in most fantasy leagues.
