Pierre has decided to retire from MLB, Buster Olney of ESPN reports. Pierre hadn't played in the major leagues since 2013, and it appears his run at a comeback has ended. The speedster finishes his career with 2,217 hits, 1,075 runs and 614 stolen bases over the course of his 14-year career, and won a championship with the Marlins in 2003.
