Phillies signed RHP Barry Enright to a minor league contract. The 27-year-old right-hander struggled during his brief time with the Angels the past two seasons, and posted an abysmal 7.12 ERA, 1.73 WHIP and 78/48 K/BB ratio over 116 1/3 innings at Triple-A Salt Lake. He represents nothing more than a depth signing for the Phillies.
